I want to tell all of you of the wonderful, superb pet care given to our two cats, Misty and Shadow, by Dee Jay. I discovered Dee Jay’s services about four years ago, and my cats have been so very well cared for ever since, when the family is away.
Dee Jay spends up to an hour here every time she comes over, giving both cats great attention through play and petting. She keeps their food and water fresh, as well as always leaving the house, i.e. tracked-around litter, and water spills, pristinely clean. Dee Jay’s deep love and tender care for animals certainly shines through!!

Dee Jay is so much more than a pet sitter. She loves our kitties for us while we are not home. She gives so much attention and is generous with playtime and she has a personal bond with our kitties. We always know that she takes care of them like they are her own children. Our kitties love her and you can tell they’ve been spoiled with lots of love and attention when we get home! She is an angel to all of us!

Our furkids absolutely love Dee Jay, as do we. Dee Jay has been looking after our kitties since we moved to Austin in 2012. She is so incredibly loving and playful with our furkids and we love getting the pictures and updates via text from her. When our oldest cat Cleo was terminally ill, Dee Jay made it a point to show her as much attention and affection as possible. She made Cleo feel loved during her final days and we cannot thank Dee Jay enough for that. She is not only a cat sitter, but she truly loves the animals that she takes care of and it shows! Our kitties look forward to seeing Dee Jay and when we get home they spend two days watching at the door hoping to see her….true story! It’s understandable why she is called the Cat Whisperer. 🙂

Dee Jay went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to looking after my cat while I was away. I will not leave town again without calling her! She constantly reassured me while I was away, she took extra care of her when temperatures dropped, she sent emails and pictures and loved my cat as much as I do! I couldn’t have asked for more from a close friend! I really hate leaving my cat behind, but with Dee Jay’s help I can rest assured she will be given the best care. I highly recommend Dee Jay’s pet sitting services, for your sake as much as for your furry friend!

I have been using Dee Jay for over a year now for my little troop of Persians. Dee Jay does an awesome job. They all have their own personalities and she bonds with them all. She keeps me updated when I am away and even sends pictures! She plays with them and keeps them purrfectly happy Austin pets! She knew it was trash day and took it out without me even asking! She always calls to make sure I made it home. My babies are well taken care of. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks Dee Jay!

We live in SW Austin, and we are so glad to have Dee Jay in the neighborhood. Our fur babies love her cuddles on the couch! Last time we left — for a two-week trip to Alaska — she discovered a leak in our bathroom sink, but, by coming over three times a day to scoop out the water, she kept things under control until we could get back. (And kept us from having to cut our trip short.) We had tried other pet sitters before our vet recommended Dee Jay, but they did not compare. Not even close.
